I delight in photographing cloudy skies.  Living in the arid Southwest, I treasure even whispers of water.   I'm drawn to places where the textures and rhythms of  our earth dominate, where there is both a sense of earth's powers and a feeling of timelessness, that eons are but seconds of infinite time.

I can not pass by an abandoned house, an old car, a crumbling building without stopping to hear their forgotten stories, without photographing the lingering echos of past times.
