Black Mesa, in the San Ildefonso Pueblo looms over the Rio Grande River and the small church nestled alongside it. On this cold December day, the setting sun illuminated the stark beauty of this historic and sacred site. Moonrise was projected to be within moments of the setting sun ~ clouds obscured it and I inserted the "moon I saw." (It was really cold and I had been there for hours.)
